Conversion Manager, Thai-speaking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct welcome calls to newly registered clients and introduce them to the platform
- Guide clients through key platform features, helping them take meaningful first steps toward activation
- Drive client conversion by proactively engaging users and moving them toward becoming active on the platform
- Inform clients about platform updates, new features, or important changes
- Address initial client questions and provide clear, helpful guidance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and improve the onboarding experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in Thai and Spanish — both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based client interactions
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Prior experience in a conversion, retention, or client success role
- Background in fintech, trading platforms, or digital products
- Familiarity with CRM tools and client outreach workflows
