About the role
- Develop performance-led creative briefs for creators across key categories and regions
- Work with creators to shape content that is diversified, authentic and commercially effective
- Analyse creative performance to identify winning hooks, formats, and messages
- Scale high-performing creator and partnership ad content across paid channels
- Shape and support the execution of Partnership Ads and creator whitelisting, identifying opportunities to scale high-performing creators through paid amplification
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing to inform testing and iteration and support volume, velocity and variety
- Identify and sign creators through to tracking creator output, usage rights, and performance using internal tools to measure and report performance outcomes
Requirements
- Experience in performance marketing creative, or creator marketing
- Strong understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience briefing creators or producing UGC for paid media
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into creative action
- Clear communication and strong creative feedback skills
- Highly organised
- Familiarity with tools like Notion and Motion Creative Analytics (would be beneficial)
