About the role
- Support the end-to-end setup and execution of paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with exposure to Google Search, TikTok, and other paid channels as required
- Assist in the ongoing management and optimisation of paid media activity across business-as-usual campaigns and product launches
- Support the planning, execution, and documentation of performance tests (A/B testing, creative testing, audience testing) to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Performance Content team to contribute to a clear test–measure–learn feedback loop
- Assist with performance reporting, pulling insights and learnings to share with the wider team
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, platform updates, and new features across paid media platforms
Requirements
- Previous experience in a paid media or Performance Marketing role
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (exposure to Google Search and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus)
- Working understanding of ecommerce performance metrics (including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and AOV)
- Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Clear communication skills, with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Data-driven and analytical, with curiosity for testing, experimentation, and optimisation
- Understanding that creative is a key driver of performance, with interest in learning paid social creative best practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Tertiary study in Marketing or similar
