  • About the Role 🤔
  • We're on the lookout for a Trade Marketing Specialist who’ll play a key role in driving retail success by coordinating trade programs, assets, analysis and support go‑to‑market execution for new products. This role is a dynamic mix of hands-on Trade/Channel Marketing execution with Product Marketing support, to drive growth across our retail partners.

  • Trade & Channel Marketing
  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to enhance brand presence and boost sales within the retail environment
  • Develop a shop-in-shop retail display program, including creating guidelines and partnering with Ops on logistics and tracking
  • Build and localise sell‑in decks, line reviews, support with planograms, POS and promo calendars for key accounts
  • Implement an annual trade activation calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and major launches
  • Coordinate tradeshow activation and sales enablement tools
  • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Product Marketing Support
  • Assist in the creation of concise GTM briefs for each new product or major update
  • Assist in the coordination of launch plans and timelines across DTC and retail
  • Prepare launch toolkits: messaging one‑pagers, FAQs, comparison matrices and B2B sell-in materials, supporting training assets and sales talking points
  • Write B2B asset briefs for content production, manage, drive approvals and distribution
  • Enablement, Analytics & Ops
  • Keep product training assets and sales decks updated
  • Report on key initiatives: sell‑in and sell‑through, velocity, promo lift and content compliance
  • Maintain trackers, raise POs, reconcile invoices and support budget tracking

Requirements

  • What You'll Bring 🤝
  • Proven experience in Trade/Channel Marketing and/or Omnichannel Product Marketing support in consumer goods, accessories or adjacent categories
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and how to influence point-of-purchase decisions
  • Working knowledge of retail levers: assortment, planogram, promo mechanics and shelf execution
  • Strong project coordination with attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts across sales, product development and external partners
  • Comfortable with dashboards and spreadsheets, able to translate data into actions
  • Clear communicator and collaborator across Sales, Product, eCom and Creative
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows, account meetings and market visits
