Senior Vice President, Enterprise Enablement
QTS Data CentersSenior Vice President leading enterprise change at QTS Data Centers. Building a transformational engine for delivering and adopting initiatives across multiple business functions and teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serving as the central coordination point for transformation and partnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams, align initiatives with strategy, capacity, technology and decision timelines
- Develop and implement a robust operating model, providing a structured framework for coordinating cross functional initiatives
- Lead the design, operation of, and own the continuous evolution of the enterprise delivery and enablement model
- Define and maintain standard governance practices and delivery artifacts
- Establish and lead communication plans and teams
- Manage the intake and prioritization process across programs
- Operate the enterprise initiative portfolio
- Establish enterprise standards and governance for initiative delivery and change enablement
- Establish, deploy, and enforce standardized project management practices
- Communicate, train, and embed new Enterprise Transformation processes across functions
- Lead the enterprise change management and enablement capability
- Deploy transformation dashboards to track progress
- Establish and run enterprise level operating and executive review cadences
- Launch monthly operational reviews and quarterly executive reviews
- Ability to travel on average 25% of the time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field, or previous equivalent experience
- Fifteen or more years of experience leading enterprise level delivery, transformation, or enablement efforts across multiple business functions
- Seven or more years of people leadership experience building and developing high performing teams
- Experience operating portfolio-level intake, prioritization, and governance processes
- Experience operating with a strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders without direct authority
