The Director, Corporate Office Facilities leads the strategic and operational aspects of space management, including occupancy planning, facility utilization, and real estate allocation. They work closely with senior leadership, facilities teams, and external partners to align space strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, facilities management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is often preferred
9+ years of progressive leadership experience in project management, space management, facilities, or real estate, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.
Strong strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in office and project management software
