About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS
- Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies
- Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance
- Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting
- Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Five or more years of relevant work experience
- Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience
- Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
- Experience supporting remote customers
- One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience
