Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help implement operational strategies and standardization across QTS
  • Support college recruiting, internships and TA Technologies
  • Partner with support teams to ensure legal compliance
  • Manage recruitment related technologies and reporting
  • Partner with technology teams in identifying system challenges/fixes and testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum one year of corporate recruiting experience
  • Strong Project Management and prioritization skills
  • Experience supporting remote customers
  • One or more year of Workday Recruiting Module experience
