People Service Project Manager – Contractor
QTS Data CentersPeople Services Project Manager at QTS Data Centers overseeing talent acquisition projects and elevating recruitment branding strategies. Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on various projects, as assigned.
- Assess recruitment systems/tools processes and develop/implement enhancing strategies that align with QTS and People Services goals.
- Champion, monitor, and report on Talent Acquisition data by providing frequent insights to recruitment leaders.
- Create effective visual documentations upon request, portraying any process or workflow changes, data points, or general presentation preparation.
- Manage and nurture Talent Acquisition program-related projects, ensuring timely deliverance and execution. (i.e., QTS College Internships, SkillBridge)
- Act as a QTS brand ambassador for candidate relationship management (CRM) initiatives, such as proactively deploying talent attraction strategies, fostering diverse candidate pipelines, creating communication templates, etc.
- Collaborate with QTS Marketing to elevate employment branding initiatives, including maintaining QTS career webpages, creating recruitment content/swag, and building talent campaigns.
- Oversee the QTS referral bonus programs, including auditing results, reporting trends, and fielding related questions from employees.
- Manage the Talent Acquisition budget in partnership with the VP, People Services , ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Surface reoccurring challenges for recruiters and explore resolutions, partnering with necessary internal teams on projects. (i.e., HR Technology, Business Support Services, TA Enablement)
- Maintain relationships with recruiting external stakeholders and facilitate the Preferred Partner Program, evolving program effectiveness and strategic alignment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Three or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, project management, or related roles.
- Experience with Workday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Experience managing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate programs.
