Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability
Align financial goals with business objectives and long-term vision
Advise executive leadership on financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
Oversee strategic initiatives including execution and ongoing support of joint ventures
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and liquidity
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Lead and mentor finance teams
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Present financial insights and performance metrics to the Board and investors
Build relationships with financial institutions and Blackstone senior partners
Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
Implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Fifteen or more years of professional experience includes extensive executive leadership, strategic planning, and overseeing multiple departments or business units
Proven history in strategic financial planning and execution
Experience in high-growth or complex organizational environments
Experience working with private equity sponsors is a plus.
