About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the customer deployment project delivery for each sold deal within each QTS location
Coordinate with the QTS Property Development team and supporting specialty consultants to support customer’s design needs, pricing, customer approvals, & implementation of specific deployment scopes
Manage the delivery of these projects
Drive effective client relationship management and efficient cost management, with the ultimate goal of delivering the project on time and on budget
Serve as a single contact for Federal sales support on potential secured deals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture
Ten or more years of progressive responsibility in development of Mission Critical Facilities
Five or more years of responsibility of data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers
Be able to travel up to 50% of the time
