About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a key liaison between Leidos QTC Health Services’ RHRP leadership, the RHRP Program Office (PO), and Service Component (SC) points of contact.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships; facilitate effective communication; and coordinate activities across key stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making, enhance program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Attend RHRP PO and SC meetings to ensure the customer and RHRP leadership are kept abreast of concerns.
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues with the customer.
Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Minimum 4 years of experience working with military service components.
Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check - National Agency Check w/ Inquires (NACI).
Contract requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
