About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key liaison between Leidos QTC Health Services’ RHRP leadership, the RHRP Program Office (PO), and Service Component (SC) points of contact.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships; facilitate effective communication; and coordinate activities across key stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making, enhance program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Attend RHRP PO and SC meetings to ensure the customer and RHRP leadership are kept abreast of concerns.
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues with the customer.
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with military service components.
- Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check - National Agency Check w/ Inquires (NACI).
- Contract requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
