About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee Regional Managers and strategic sourcing team to ensure the effectiveness of network for all programs.
  • Responsible for specific team performance in order to achieve operational goals in regards to provider training, retention and satisfaction.
  • Arrange contract management and credentialing services with healthcare provider networks.
  • Direct training of team members on workflows and contractual modifications in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Conduct research to identify providers within designated markets.
  • Create, maintain, and carry out schedules that ensure deadlines are reached.
  • Partner with liaison management and support teams to identify provider problems and complaints to develop and implement action plans in order to enhance provider support and experience efficiency.
  • Responsible for the daily operational workflow, including communication with internal and external partners, resolution of customer issues, and identifying workflow concerns for specific cases and employees.
  • Use provider systems to manage and produce reports and analyses.
  • Negotiate and reviewing contract requirements with providers interested in partnership through communication QTC’s core values.
  • Manage processes focused on exceptional customer service, effective provider utilization, and immediate resolution of provider issues.
  • Ensure utilization of best practice workflows to ensure operational excellence and seek improvements in order to automate recurring processes.
  • Responsible for monthly and quarterly operational analysis and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare or business-related field or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in the areas of Healthcare Management, management consulting, and managing provider networks
  • Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
