SkillBridge Internship – Strategic Sourcing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, identify, and engage healthcare providers nationwide
- Conduct targeted outreach campaigns (phone, email, virtual engagement)
- Build and maintain a strong provider pipeline through strategic sourcing efforts
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate data in recruitment systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support staffing initiatives
- Communicate the value of partnering with Leidos QTC to prospective providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be an active duty Service Member eligible and approved for DoD SkillBridge participation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage with professionals
- Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, email, virtual engagement)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, CRM-type systems)
- Strong interest in supporting the military mission by connecting healthcare providers with opportunities to serve Veterans and Service Members
