About the role
- Manage all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs
- Acts as primary customer contact for program activities
- Provides leadership through daily communication with various internal departments to coordinate services
- Manages the workload through the various operational team leaders to ensure the achievement of organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience required
- 10 years of experience leading multiple teams/departments required
- Minimum 3 years federal government contract management experience
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, including patient intake, examinations, documentation, orders, results, and follow-ups
- Understanding of clinical terminology such as SOAP notes, ICD-10, CPT, referrals, vitals, and laboratory results
