About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate end-to-end hardware rollouts across multiple retail locations simultaneously
- Track store readiness, manage installation scheduling, and align logistics with field teams
- Own project records in Salesforce — keeping data clean, current, and actionable
- Build and maintain dashboards or views that give the broader team visibility at a glance
- Communicate confidently with external stakeholders: suppliers, vendors, installation crews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with CRM or project management platforms at a meaningful depth
- Understands the dependencies behind a hardware deployment: manufacturing, freight, site readiness
- Comfortable speaking directly with suppliers, vendors, and installer teams
- Background in environments where software and physical infrastructure intersect
- Can run many rollouts simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them
- Fluent in Spanish is preferred
