About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive strategic and transformation initiatives supporting organic and inorganic growth
  • Plan, execute, and monitor initiatives across multiple functions or business units
  • Develop and execute programme strategy, goals, and objectives with the Strategy and Transformation team
  • Run transformation initiatives with key business teams
  • Track and report programme-level performance metrics and KPIs
  • Drive internal communications supporting transformation and business growth goals
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders and build relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Establish project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities
  • Track and report project success and resolve issues impeding milestones
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned
  • Support strategic and budget planning cycles
  • Deliver business analysis supporting strategy and data-driven decision-making
  • Support market and competitor research and establish organisational frameworks
  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate and manage business risks and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant Master’s Degree or MBA
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting, Internal Strategy or Corporate Development
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering transformation/change programs
  • Experience developing financial returns analysis
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
  • Experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
