About the role
- Support the Head of Candidate Marketing in driving the global candidate marketing strategy
- Mentor and manage regional marketing directors
- Translate the global candidate marketing strategy into actionable regional plans
- Lead the development and implementation of candidate-centric marketing and social media plans
- Deliver insightful trend and data analysis to inform global strategy
- Monitor and report on the impact of new marketing initiatives on candidate quality
- Oversee optimization of marketing operations with a strong focus on candidate quality
- Act as a deputy and stand-in for the Head of Candidate Marketing as required.
Requirements
- Significant experience in higher education marketing and student recruitment
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing diverse, cross-functional teams
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a passion for building high-performing teams
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
