About the role
- Source qualified prospects through existing channels and convert activity into Blueprint Sessions
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to contracting
- Attend and co-facilitate Blueprint Sessions
- Coordinate post-session audits and proposals
- Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Own referral channel and track outreach
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B business development experience in agency, media, or professional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Understand how marketing leaders buy
- Excited to join on ground floor and help shape the team
- Comfortable in a developing environment
- Very comfortable with pipeline data
- HubSpot proficiency
- Self-starter managing 5–10 active deals simultaneously
- Sharp written and verbal communication for senior marketing decision-makers
- Ability to run parallel tracks without letting any thread go cold
- Passion for digital marketing and current trends
