  • Source qualified prospects through existing channels and convert activity into Blueprint Sessions
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to contracting
  • Attend and co-facilitate Blueprint Sessions
  • Coordinate post-session audits and proposals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
  • Own referral channel and track outreach

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B business development experience in agency, media, or professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Understand how marketing leaders buy
  • Excited to join on ground floor and help shape the team
  • Comfortable in a developing environment
  • Very comfortable with pipeline data
  • HubSpot proficiency
  • Self-starter managing 5–10 active deals simultaneously
  • Sharp written and verbal communication for senior marketing decision-makers
  • Ability to run parallel tracks without letting any thread go cold
  • Passion for digital marketing and current trends
