About the role
- Contacting and qualifying Inbound Leads.
- Distributing leads between reps.
- Admin and operations support for sales reps.
- Supporting POS activities (shipments etc.).
- Dealing with all after "sales closing" procedures.
- Preparing sales reports (activities, leads, deals, etc.).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Business , Marketing or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Operation, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Advanced Command of English and Excel.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
