Key responsibilities & impact

Own the End-to-End Process: Take full ownership of the technical implementation for new partners
Functional Analysis & Requirement Definition: Define the functional specifications for the insurance products
Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Map complex insurance processes into clear functional specifications
Configure & Build: Perform all the necessary technical setup within our systems
Guide & Enable: Serve as the primary technical expert for our partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a role that balanced functional analysis (requirements gathering, process modeling) with hands-on technical configuration (e.g., Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Functional Consultant)
Preferably in a SaaS or (insur) tech environment
Technical aptitude: comfortable with software configuration, understanding technical concepts like APIs
A proactive and autonomous work ethic
