About the role
- Field sales, including developing offers and sales development strategies.
- Manage relationships with clients and partners, promoting customer satisfaction and retention.
- Strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market, with occasional travel and flexible hours.
- Active prospecting and qualification of potential leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline and drive the entire sales cycle.
- Understand customer challenges and propose consultative cybersecurity solutions.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology) to ensure a consistent, value-driven customer journey.
- Maintain and expand strategic relationships within key accounts.
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in technology/cybersecurity.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilient, results-oriented profile with initiative to pursue new opportunities.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
