About the role

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related Engineering field
  • 7+ years of experience in UKG Dimensions and Payroll
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
  • Design and maintain global pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, and scheduling configurations
  • Manage integrations between UKG WFD and third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP)
  • Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support for timekeeping, payroll, access control, accruals, and reporting issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS platforms
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators
  • Lead regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support onboarding of newly acquired international locations
  • Monitor and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with global HR and payroll teams
  • Import and audit employee data and time files; reconcile payroll inputs and outputs
  • Handle end-to-end payroll for multi-state and multi-frequency cycles
  • Generate payroll reports for audits, quarter/year-end, and internal reviews
  • Configure and maintain UKG Payroll modules
