About the role
- Manage and execute customer-funded programs effectively
- Serve as proposal manager to capture customer-funded Research and Development (CRAD) programs
- Develop technical and cost proposal submissions with research team and support functions
- Track budgets, review proposals, define milestones, and build strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Masters degree in an engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in engineering and/or leadership positions within the RF/Semiconductor industry
- 5+ years of experience with leading and/or managing research and development project teams
- Proven track record in managing technology development programs
- Experience in developing technical and cost proposal submissions with research teams and support functions
- Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time
