About the role

  • Support Enterprise Business Systems Quality Assurance (QA) test needs.
  • Work on integration with support teams to provide efficient QA testing using manual or automated methods.
  • Perform hands-on manual and automated testing of enterprise business systems, including functional unit testing, integration testing, User acceptance testing, and regression testing.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and data sheets.
  • Review and approve solution requirements and map them to test scripts (RTMS).
  • Participate and contribute to scrums.
  • Lead test readiness activities, including requirements finalization and test scoping efforts.
  • Establish and adhere to Test Management policies and standard procedures.
  • Participate in end-to-end business transformation efforts and prepare for go-live and subsequent maintenance.
  • Expand Testing Automation footprint to drive efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Engineering or Software Degree, and 7 years of experience in a Quality Assurance test role.
  • Generating and maintaining test artifacts to promote a sustainable process;
  • Software/Engineering background with software testing experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver QA testing results meeting/exceeding KPI targets;
  • Coaching skills to support junior team members;
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with at least one automation tool (HP QTP, Test Complete, or Tosca);
  • Able to interpret and present data to various levels of business and management.
