About the role
- Develop and maintain UKG Payroll, Dimension systems
- Manage system upgrades, module implementations, and clock firmware updates
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRIS platforms
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users
- Lead regression and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with global HR and payroll teams
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related Engineering field
- 7+ years of experience in UKG Dimensions and Payroll
- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) across multiple countries
- Manage integrations between UKG WFD and third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Provide Level 1, 2 and 3 support for timekeeping, payroll, access control, accruals, and reporting issues across international locations
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR, payroll, and compliance teams globally
