About the role
- Participate in business requirements discussions
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules
- Complete hands-on configuration and unit testing of SuccessFactors system
- Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing
- Identify and resolve any issues or gaps in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECC HCM module
- Collaborate with the project team and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and timeliness of project deliverables
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related Engineering field with 7+ years of experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM
- Experience in business requirements discussions and providing technical expertise about SuccessFactors system functionality and capability
- Hands on Design and configuration experience & knowledge in all SuccessFactors modules
- Hands on experience of designing and configuration of SAP ECC HR modules
- Hands on experience of SF to ECC integration and data replication
- Hands on Experience of SF integration with UKG
- Hands on SuccessFactors integration experience with 3rd party system e.g. Fidelity, UKG, Concur Etc
- Strong techno functional skills
- Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from diverse internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Developers to deliver any change requirements needed by the business.
