About the role
- Manage and resolve change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders without breaching the SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage day-to-day issues to maintain smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to support business and IT users.
- Handle challenges with limited information and documentation, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC resolving issues related to New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, consolidation, configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.
- Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders
- Experience communicating effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Experience working with ABAP Developers
