Qonto

Field Marketing Apprentice

Qonto

Field Marketing Apprentice at Qonto focusing on B2B event activations to generate leads. Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams for impactful event experiences.

About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own smaller field activations end-to-end: a 9m² booth at Food Hotel Tech, a local networking event, a partner activation. You handle scoping, budget, logistics, staffing, on-site execution and post-event analysis.
  • Contribute to large-scale events like the Congrès des experts-comptables, where Qonto operates 110m²+ stands and needs a sharp, coordinated 360° experience.
  • Design ambitious on-site 360° event experiences that make Qonto stand out from the crowd and help registrants truly feel the brand.
  • Identify and assess new event opportunities with a business lens: monitor the market, evaluate audience fit, prioritize based on business potential and expected impact.
  • Develop field growth hacking tactics to maximize impact: strong pre-event acquisition, on-site lead capture, and efficient post-event follow-up.
  • Work across Marketing, Sales, Design and Partnerships to deliver the right assets, messaging, landing pages and follow-up flows for each activation.
  • Co-build strategic event roadmaps for priority verticals (Retail, Hospitality, Agencies, etc.), balancing brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Track performance via KPI dashboards and event reports, and turn learnings into recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's (M2) level in Events, Marketing, Communication or Business, available from late August / early September 2026.
  • You have already managed events end-to-end: planning, logistics, suppliers, on-site execution, and reporting. Experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech or consulting is a plus.
  • You are highly business-oriented: you enjoy assessing opportunities, prioritizing for impact, and experimenting with field growth-hacking tactics.
  • You also have a strong brand-awareness mindset: you understand what makes an experience memorable and can translate brand objectives into a concrete on-site 360° experience.
  • You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball, and you are equally comfortable with strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Strong written communication in French and English.
  • Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and KPI tracking. Familiarity with Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot or Metabase is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, finance or the accounting ecosystem is a bonus.

Benefits

Comp & perks
  • A 1-year apprenticeship (alternance) with a 3 days on-site / 2 days remote rhythm, starting ideally before 1 Sept (and no later than 8 Sept).
  • A Paris-based, office-first setup: you’ll be on-site at least 3 days/week for event operations and stakeholder coordination, with some remote flexibility for focused work.
  • Real ownership from day one: this role is designed for year-long continuity and greater autonomy than a 6-month internship, with the goal to run small/medium activations independently early on.
  • A 360° event scope (operations + comms + stakeholders + objectives tracking + post-event feedback), with exposure to multiple formats and a high event cadence.
  • A highly collaborative environment with cross-functional partners (PMM, Content/Copywriting, Brand/Design, Sales, RevOps/Growth Ops, Partnerships) and regular 1:1s to prioritize, unblock, and grow your autonomy over time.
