About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead French Account Growth team to drive incremental revenue (NRR) through coaching and data-driven management.
- Take full ownership of a mature, high-volume inside sales team.
- Coach and develop a team of 7 Account Growth salespeople through structured 1:1s, call reviews, and feedback.
- Drive performance through routines and results-first culture.
- Build and maintain a reliable forecast and adjust strategy throughout the month.
- Use data to manage: track KPIs and influence outcomes through coaching.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead in a tech company.
- Passionate about coaching and management, rely on clear methods: rituals, frameworks, scorecards, review routines.
- Comfortable with high-volume, short-to-mid cycle inside sales motions.
- Strong on forecasting and data: know how to use CRM data (Salesforce) and straightforward reporting to run a team.
- Natural motivator: positive energy, genuine human connection, and a strong results mindset.
- Fluent in French and English.
