About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help scale the Italian market and tackle operational backlog.
- Analyze customer and company profiles to determine eligibility.
- Review KYC/KYB documents throughout customer lifecycle.
- Draft detailed analytical reports for acceptance or rejection decisions.
- Provide operational support to level one (DTO) team as needed.
- Maintain high operational cadence to process accounts efficiently.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 2 years of operational experience in customer care, KYC/KYB and/or compliance, ideally in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable reviewing complex legal and financial documentation.
- Strong structured reasoning skills and ability to write clear analyses.
- Fast learner who thrives in a high-volume, challenging environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and excellent English skills.
