About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help scale the Italian market and tackle operational backlog.
Analyze customer and company profiles to determine eligibility.
Review KYC/KYB documents throughout customer lifecycle.
Draft detailed analytical reports for acceptance or rejection decisions.
Provide operational support to level one (DTO) team as needed.
Maintain high operational cadence to process accounts efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 2 years of operational experience in customer care, KYC/KYB and/or compliance, ideally in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment.
Strong attention to detail and comfortable reviewing complex legal and financial documentation.
Strong structured reasoning skills and ability to write clear analyses.
Fast learner who thrives in a high-volume, challenging environment.
Fluent in written and spoken Italian and excellent English skills.
