About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of the Netherlands legal scope
Act as the primary local legal point of contact
Support the German and Austrian markets
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
Ensure legal compliance of new local products
Manage local disputes and corporate formalities
Deliver clear legal analyses for local future developments
Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience as a generalist in-house legal counsel
Strong experience in negotiating commercial contracts
Handling local corporate formalities
Professional proficiency in Dutch (min. C2 level)
Professional proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
Fluent German is a big plus
Capacity to provide pragmatic, actionable legal advice
Comfortable managing multiple inbound requests
Clear communication skills
