About the role
- Define and own the product vision for the Initial Due Diligence workflow engine
- Manage the end-to-end customer KYC journey, optimizing for conversion while maintaining compliance
- Lead vendor management for KYC providers
- Design tooling for Ops teams to streamline reviews and customer flows
- Contribute to a major infrastructure rebuild for onboarding system
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Product Manager working on scalable onboarding systems
- Deep, technical understanding of KYC and KYB processes
- Comfortable evaluating, integrating, and managing external technical vendors
- Strong experience working closely with risk, compliance, and operations teams
- Capable of building engines designed to process tens of thousands of validations per month
