About the role

  • Take responsibility for preparing pre-litigation and legal assistance cases, including case preparation, follow-up and structured tracking, with increasing autonomy to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Contribute to drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and service agreements, and support corporate formalities.
  • Conduct legal analyses for new features launched in Germany to ensure compliance and business readiness.
  • Support the Operations and Customer Care teams with pre-litigation claims and issues to facilitate smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in legal communications and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in German legal research and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of contract management and localization.
  • Ability to distill complex legal concepts and explain them clearly to diverse business stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy, open to digital tools and willing to learn how to use legal tech efficiently.
  • Professional-level German language skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with courts and external counsel.
