About the role
- Lead and scale KYCB operations for Italy, Spain, and Portugal
- Manage and develop a team of Team Leads
- Drive operational performance across conversion, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with the Managing Director to align operational goals
- Oversee BPO relationships and external partners
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of total professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing people managers
- Strong background in Fintech or Payments
- Deep expertise in KYC, KYB, and Anti-Financial Crime regulations
- Experience managing BPO partners
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
