About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes supporting employee development and the wider business.
  • Conduct dynamic training workshops, both virtual and in-person, covering soft skills, personal development, and key systems.
  • Create and execute long-term employee development and organisational growth strategies aligned with business goals, growth strategies, and future talent needs.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with Regional Business Partners to identify skill and knowledge gaps and determine training requirements.
  • Deliver targeted coaching and development programmes to senior leaders with the Head of People Ops.
  • Keep training content current by monitoring the latest training trends and methods.
  • Connect with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent and collaborative organisational training approach.
  • Work with Google on partner requirements, certifications, specialisms, and initiatives supporting targets.
  • Use data and analytics to assess learning initiative effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop reports and insights for stakeholders and informed decision-making.
  • Champion clear communication and seamless user experience, enabling new and long-term employees to self-serve.
  • Own and maintain Learning Management System content, including compliance courses such as GDPR, health and safety, and information security across multiple regions.
  • Own and manage the Learning and Development budget, reviewing and approving requests and allocating spend according to business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience in learning and development, designing, facilitating, and developing training programmes across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • Natural coaching and mentoring ability focused on employee growth and career development.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic planning skills and demonstrated ability to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Experience applying gamification techniques to increase engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention.
  • Comfort with modern learning technology, including Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong proactivity and initiative.
  • Experience using learning analytics and data to guide decisions is desirable.
  • Experience managing complex learning and development projects within a consultancy environment is desirable.
  • A coaching or mentoring certification is desirable.
