  • Our design team is at the forefront of creating bold, intelligent, and emotionally resonant work that touches a variety of surfaces — from marketing platforms and products to next-generation, multimodal, and agentic experiences.
  • Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll join the team and bring conceptual thinking that helps us push boundaries, and set new standards for what exceptional design means.

Requirements

  • Role Responsibilities
  • - Craft high-quality concepts, visuals, UI, and prototypes across websites, digital products, AI interfaces, and agentic services.
  • - Create compelling presentations that inspire stakeholders, and clearly communicate the thought and reasoning behind your work.
  • - Collaborate fluidly with UX designers, strategists, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters.
  • - Mentor other designers and foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity, and continuous AI upskilling.
  • Essential Experience
  • - Hands-on designer – With 8+ years of experience (agency or in-house), you’ll demonstrate a mastery of Figma, prototyping, and visual design systems. Motion design is a strong plus.
  • - Creative visionary – A strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience translating big, conceptual ideas into compelling designs across a range of surfaces (web, product, and agentic).
  • - Storyteller – Inspires through visual storytelling that helps sell through creative ideas, with strong client-facing presentation skills.
  • - Design thinker – Applies structured, user-centred thinking to solve business and human challenges.
  • - AI-curious – A strong interest in AI creative tools, workflows, and optimisation — and the impact they can have on the creative work we do for our clients.
  • - Collaborator – Works fluidly across disciplines and energizes cross-functional teams.
