Đảm bảo các giải pháp đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng, tạo trải nghiệm số thuận tiện, đồng thời thúc đẩy tăng trưởng CASA, giao dịch và doanh thu phí cho Ngân hàng.
Xây dựng chiến lược, roadmap và định hướng phát triển cho nhóm giải pháp Quản lý dòng tiền MSME.
Nghiên cứu nhu cầu khách hàng, xu hướng thị trường và các giải pháp của đối thủ để đề xuất các sáng kiến mới.
Thiết kế và cải tiến các tính năng như: Dashboard kinh doanh, Quản lý thu chi và dòng tiền, Theo dõi doanh thu, số dư và biến động tài khoản, Các công cụ hỗ trợ quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.
Xây dựng và quản lý product backlog, xác định mức độ ưu tiên các yêu cầu phát triển.
Phối hợp với các đơn vị Business, Data, Operations, Risk, Technology để triển khai sản phẩm và sáng kiến mới.
Theo dõi hiệu quả sản phẩm thông qua các KPI kinh doanh và đề xuất các giải pháp tối ưu.
Dẫn dắt hoặc tham gia các sáng kiến chuyển đổi số nhằm nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng MSME.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Payments hoặc Digital Banking.
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý sản phẩm hoặc dẫn dắt các sáng kiến phát triển sản phẩm/dịch vụ.
Hiểu biết về nhu cầu quản lý dòng tiền, thanh toán và vận hành của khách hàng doanh nghiệp.
Có tư duy khách hàng, tư duy sản phẩm và khả năng ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu.
Kỹ năng quản lý stakeholder và phối hợp đa đơn vị tốt.
