About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on flow, transparency, and predictable delivery.
Support PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team coordination to ensure alignment with ART objectives.
Mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Lean thinking; elevate team maturity and self-organization.
Identify, track, and eliminate blockers; escalate risks and dependencies across teams and ART leadership.
Use metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, and predictability to guide continuous improvement.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architecture to ensure clarity of requirements, technical readiness, and delivery alignment.
Promote engineering excellence, automated testing, CI/CD adoption, and adherence to enterprise governance standards.
Provide clear, concise updates on team progress, risks, and outcomes to ART leadership and business stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting application development teams in enterprise environments.
Strong experience working within SAFe (Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, cross-team dependency management).
Proven success coaching teams through Agile maturity growth and delivering high-impact software solutions.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps).
Ability to analyze delivery metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
