Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for domestic and export markets (B2B & B2C) by analyzing market trends, competitor dynamics, and pricing fluctuations to guide strategic decision-making.
Lead the search, acquisition, and development of new local and international buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring all agreements align with production capacity and quality standards.
Design and execute integrated offline and digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness, while defining market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on coffee market trends and quality.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers, distributors, roasters, traders, and business partners through effective negotiation processes.
Coordinate closely with operational and processing teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment (volume, quality, and delivery time) based on real-time market needs and feedback.
