Architect enterprise-grade workflow orchestration platforms using Camunda
Design scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot & Kafka
Build BPMN & DMN workflows for complex business processes
Drive event-driven architecture and system integrations
Integrate APIs, legacy systems, and cloud-native platforms
Lead performance tuning, workflow governance & process optimization
Build operational dashboards using Camunda Optimize
Mentor engineering teams on Camunda best practices and architecture standards

Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7/8)
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
Strong Kafka/event-driven architecture experience
BPMN & DMN modeling expertise
Experience integrating enterprise platforms & APIs
Cloud & containerization experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong architectural leadership with hands-on coding ability
Camunda Optimize experience (preferred)
Financial services / enterprise workflow domain experience (preferred)
DevOps & CI/CD exposure (preferred)
Camunda Certification preferred
