About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage
