About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously
Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage
