About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage
