About the role
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data & AI initiatives within the banking domain
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business priorities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and convert them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategic goals
- Partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable AI-led solutions
- Lead use cases involving Agentic AI, including: autonomous AI workflows, intelligent assistants / copilots, workflow orchestration, decision automation, AI agents for customer servicing and operations
- Collaborate with banking business teams to identify opportunities across: customer onboarding, fraud & risk, lending / credit journeys, account servicing, customer engagement & personalization
- Track product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
- Ensure product compliance with banking regulations, data governance, and risk standards
- Drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
Requirements
- 10+ years
- Strong experience in the Banking domain
- Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI
- Strong expertise in Data & AI products / solutions
- Experience working with AI/ML, analytics, and data platforms
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
- CSPO / SAFe Product Owner certification preferred
