About the role

  • Source, screen, and submit high-quality IT candidates for contract and direct hire roles.
  • Recruit across a broad range of technologies including Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and more.
  • Manage 5–15 active requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective candidate placement.
  • Conduct thorough technical qualification calls to assess candidate skills and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively identify and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of IT staffing or agency recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and networking to identify qualified candidates.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles beyond entry-level IT support, demonstrating a broad understanding of IT skill sets.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear goals and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade candidates.
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
