About the role

  • Create user-centered product solutions based on user and business insights for our client partners
  • Solid skill set in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction design ideas resulting from project meetings
  • Collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to define and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Promote and contribute to UX/UI best practices, processes, and methodologies
  • Experience in problem-solving and analytical techniques

Requirements

  • Accredited degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience with UX/UI design
  • Demonstrates a good grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory
  • Creates visually appealing designs, maintains, and manages digital brand consistency
  • Good understanding of industry standards of design patterns
  • Solid working experience with design and prototyping applications
  • Experience in the Wealth Management industry (Nice to have)
  • Experience designing within an Agile software development organization (Nice to have)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., UI developers and Back-end Engineering) within B2B, B2C, B2B2C or eCommerce (Nice to have)
  • Data visualization (Nice to have)
  • Understanding of Accessible Standards ADA, WCAG 2.1 (Nice to have)
