About the role

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
Work closely with stakeholders in Wealth Management, Trading, and Operations to gather and refine business requirements
Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Provide functional expertise in IBOR, trade lifecycle, positions, transactions, and valuations
Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers, QA, and Architects throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and data accuracy requirements are met
Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and decisions

10+ years of experience in Financial Services, with at least 5+ years as a Product Owner.
Strong domain knowledge of Wealth Management platforms, IBOR, and Trade Processing
Hands-on experience with trade lifecycle (order capture, execution, settlement, and reconciliation)
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions
