About the role

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for Banking and Payment solutions, including Credit Card and Treasury Services.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations are incorporated into product design.
  • Analyze customer acquisition funnels and propose enhancements to improve onboarding and conversion.
  • Track product performance using relevant KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 9–11 years of overall experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager in the Banking domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Payments, Credit Cards, and/or Treasury Services.
  • Good understanding of customer acquisition, onboarding workflows, and digital banking journeys.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Ability to write clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
