About the role

  • Detail-oriented strategic thinker responsible for solving complex problems and building consensus.
  • Support tactical and strategic projects that align and advance the Global Trust Business vision around client, employee and control experience.
  • Handle day-to-day ad hoc items that require oversight and leadership, with emphasis on control and remedial project work.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, test planning and UAT scenario documents, and project plans for key technical deliveries.
  • Support data needs by understanding data tables, developing targeted queries, and interpreting data to confirm delivery.
  • Translate Regulatory, CPB and Trust procedural requirements into technology and process solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders to streamline processes, enhance controls, create efficiencies and drive business growth.
  • Ensure consistency of solutions across all trust centers.
  • Support strategic initiatives from problem identification through requirements definition and solution implementation.
  • Create key management presentations that articulate strategic initiatives and accomplishments.
  • Global role requiring schedule flexibility to accommodate different time zones.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and building consensus.
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate different time zones (global role).
  • 10+ years Business Data Analysis with Wealth Management experience.
  • Strong in AWS and SQL queries and Python.
  • Knowledge of prime broker-dealer business, alternative investments, retirement funds, portfolio management.
  • Experience working with ledger book tools like Beta and Fund Master would be a plus.
  • Experience with trade placing and execution tools (e.g., Client worksheet balance) used by advisors.
  • Client portfolio construction and rebalancing experience.
  • Experience developing Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRDs).
  • Experience with test planning, UAT scenario creation, and project planning for technical deliveries.
  • Ability to develop queries, interpret data, and support data needs across applications.
  • Understanding of Regulatory, CPB and Trust procedural requirements and translating them into solutions.
  • Strong emphasis on control and remedial project work.
  • Ability to lead high-level meetings and create management presentations.
