About the role

  • We're looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Lead with expertise in GL, AP, EXP, CM, AR, and FA.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Financials modules including AP, EXP, GL, CM, AR, and FA and presales activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle; conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and reports; perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, integrations, and functionalities; stay current with Oracle Cloud Financials updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, external consultants) to deliver integrated solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials modules, particularly AP, EXP, GL, CM, AR, and FA.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and best practices.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud Financials configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proven track record of leading successful Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and enhancements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and drive results.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and embrace new technologies and methodologies.
