About the role
- Key regional project/NBO management and drive business results.
- Simultaneously set priorities/direction with alignment of cross function team for assigned projects.
- Act as the commercial customer interface.
- Regional process management including but not limited to TOP NBO reviews and actions, and key account reviews.
- Proactively understand the internal process and drive optimization, to improve team efficiency.
- Provide recommendations to leadership team based on data analysis and customer insights to drive regional business growth.
- Assigned top-down regional project executions.
- Drive commercial excellence activities in the region.
- Other business and sales operation tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Rich experience managing complex projects is a must.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of complex global business practices; Able to identify and drive process optimizations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels; Ability to develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships and supports.
- Good strategic thinking and business acumen capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to turn data into business insights and provide recommendations
