About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduzir o processo de onboarding de novos clientes, garantindo adoção efetiva dos serviços de certificação contratados
Realizar acompanhamento proativo da carteira de clientes, identificando riscos de churn e oportunidades de expansão (upsell/cross-sell)
Monitorar métricas de sucesso do cliente (NPS, CSAT, churn, dentre outros KPI’s)
Atuar como elo de comunicação entre cliente e áreas internas (Comercial, Operações, Excellence, Marketing)
Planejar e executar ações que aumentem o engajamento e a satisfação dos clientes
Preparar relatórios de performance e evolução da base

Requirements

What you’ll need

Habilidade em construir e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo com clientes
Experiência em condução de onboarding, treinamentos e implementação de soluções
Capacidade de interpretar churn, NPS, CSAT, LTV e health score
Experiência em gestão e priorização de carteira de clientes, renovações e oportunidades de expansão
Domínio de CRM e ferramentas de suporte, incluindo Salesforce
Pacote Office em nível intermediário
Conhecimento de terminologia, processos, tecnologias e riscos relacionados ao setor do cliente
01 ano de atuação em Customer Success, Atendimento ao Cliente, Vendas Consultivas ou áreas relacionadas
Pós-graduação completa desejável
Certificações em Customer Success desejáveis, como SuccessHACKER ou Practical CSM
